Refurbished, factory sealed FC2 Slim gaming system for NES and SNES. Plays original 8-Bit NES games as well as original 16-Bit SNES and Super Famicom games. It's 2 systems for the price of 1! Includes 2 controllers, AV cables, and AC adapter. System controllers mimic the Super Nintendo controller and the console uses SNES controller ports. Separate zapper gun available for the FC2 Slim system. Games sold separately.

  • Street Fighter 2 Alpha - The S-DD1 chip does not function.
  • Star Ocean - Another S-DD1 dependent title.
  • Kirby Super Star - Due to Nintendo SA-1 Coprocessor built into the Cartridge
  • Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars - Another Nintendo SA-1 dependent title. (Disputed)
  • Super Bomberman 2 - The game starts up but the control pad does not function.
  • Super Scope 6 - Gun will work but you cannot use the controller
  • Terminator: Arcade, Metal Combat - cannot play 2 player mode
  • Games marked as (Disputed) have been found to work some of the time.
  • SNES Game Genie
At times, different copies of the same game can behave differently in the FC2. This can be explained by a game title having multiple different cartridge chip types. Some copies of Dragon Warrior, Star Fox, or Super Mario Bros. 2, for example, will not work in a new retro system; while different copies of that same title will operate with no issues in that same machine. In other cases, the system simply does not function with certain expansion chips, such as those in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse.  The FC2 is compatible with the NES Game Genie.
The FC2 Slim has Super Nintendo controller ports and you can use original SNES accessories but you cannot use NES accessories. That means you must purchase the FC Zapper Gun for any shooter games like Duck Hunt. Overall this 2 in 1 console is the best new retro console on the market today.
